Bob's Variety Store is
located outside of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. We endeavor
to replicate the small town country stores of our youth.
We take great pride in each piece
that we have on our shelves and we do our utmost to provide our
customers with the highest level of service that we can. We
treat each customer as we would like to be treated ourselves.

because you do not have to burn precious gasoline to get to a big mall store
and we never close so you can shop all night long and no one
will ask you to leave.

Shipping:
All
of our items are shipped in double boxes. The item is packaged
in either a white or craft box that is suitable for wrapping for gift
giving. That box then is packed in a shipping box and packaged
carefully against breakage. Should an item arrive broken,
please contact Bob's Variety Store at once. We
ship all packages UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail and the contents are insured for the value of
each item.
When
we ship an item an e-mail is generated informing the customer of the
date of shipment, the date of expected delivery and the tracking
number. Therefore, you always know where your shipment is
and when it is due to arrive at your door. PLEASE allow at least 7 -
10 business days for delivery of SOME ITEMS as we have to
get them from our warehouse in California. |

Overseas
customers
We do ship overseas but
expect to receive an E-Mail or phone call regarding extra
shipping charges. Paypal does not charge for international
shipping and should not show up when you check out. We will
send you a invoice for the exact amount.
Returns:
Bob's Variety Store warrants each item to perform as expected and to have
the appearance and luster that it appears to have on our site or in
our store. If you are not happy with the item, please
contact us for an RMA number for return.
Bob's Variety Store is
primarily concerned with customer satisfaction. If you
are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to
us for a full refund, minus the shipping cost. Please allow 15 days from the date of the
return for that check to be mailed out to you or credited back to your
account Due to the shipping times and distances, some
allowances have been made concerning returns.
Therefore, you have be ve 10 days from the date you received the
item to return it to us for a full refund.
Their will be also an
additional 15% restocking fee minus the shipping.
No returns
accepted without the original packing.
For any damages during transit the claim shall be made
directly with the carrier- USPS
